We are Mark and Kim McGinnis, and we started this site because we were asking ourselves these same questions. Wanting to escape the 9 - 5 routine (working for someone else) we decided to start living our lives on our own terms. That meant we had to reevaluate how we got to where we were and decide what we really wanted. For starters, this meant living where we wanted to live (near the Flatirons in Colorado) and doing just what we wanted to do.

This has been an 8-year journey, and we have learned through trial and error how to go from channeling our passions into manifesting abundance. Our mission is to present you with practical tools and detailed guidance for building a passive income generated website.

Once you have that foundation, we will help you, through our professional experience, with the intricacies of marketing an online business. One of the most important lessons we have learned is that you get back what you freely give in this life. So, without the right mind frame our goals always seemed to fall flat. The Universal Laws of Attraction have had such an enormous impact in our lives. When we finally stopped battling our obstacles, and developed the insight to understand our hand in creating them, it made it easier to clear them out of our lives.

We believe the only way to achieve lasting success is to work with the Universal Laws of Attraction. Sure there are many technical aspects necessary for success on the web - and we will be discussing those as well. But, without having your head in the game with the right frame of mind - it just wont work. For that reason these Laws will be a major theme throughout this site. Life is so much easier when you go with the flow. But, that doesn't mean rough patches disappear. It just makes it easier to ride the waves. Passive Income flows much easier with this approach.

If you are looking for a quick and easy get rich quick scheme - sorry, this site is definitely not for you. Everything we present on this site is very "doable"; but it will require your time and energy to find success.

So Why Listen to Us?

Because we have been there. Like you, we wanted more out of life, but we were unsure about how to get there. We simply took action just to get started. We made mistakes - a lot of them. But, we learned, and we pressed forward.

All within the last few years, we have built multiple money-making ecommerce sites, grew our profitable online marketing agency, started a successful live seminar business, co-authored a new book with Jack Canfiled and Brian Tracey, developed our own passive income video training program, and we even manufactured our own outdoor lighting product. Yep, we are busy bees! And even though we consider ourselves 'experts' in our field, we are still learning ...sometimes the hard way.

The fact is we are living a truly blessed life. We have 2 homes (one in Colorado and one in California) and we earn well over a six-figure income every year. We have a business which allows us the freedom to work from anywhere, and when we do work, we love what we do.
