About Us...
Mark, the Consumate Entrepreneur
Mark McGinnis made his transition to being an entrepreneur from the corporate world where he spent 10 years as a Fortune 500 corporate marketing executive. In this position, he was responsible for multi-million dollar marketing budgets and for implementing strategic marketing plans on an international level. Tiring of wearing suits and color-coordinating his ties (and silently longing for passive income), Mark founded the Hollywood-based advertising agency, WGD-Media, Inc. Then, as President and Creative Director of Avenstar, Inc., Mark was responsible for dozens of successful broadcast television advertising spots and infomercials (still longing for passive income). In addition, Mark was the co-owner/director of the Hong Kong-based Creativations. In his role with the company, he took an innovative new product idea (Fireflies) and brought it through the development and marketing process - all in just one year. Now, Mark along with Kim work together building other online businesses that they are passionate about - manifesting passive income.

Kim, The Reluctant Rebel Entrepreneur
Kim McGinnis was slow to realizing that being an entrepreneur for her. She came out to LA several years ago to pursue her dream of acting (not exactly passive income). During this time she performed in numerous plays and commercials; this led to Kim also becoming a writer. Kim wrote and performed a one-woman show in Santa Monica, California. This empowering and cathartic experience motivated her to go back to school and then dive head-first into the challenging world of being an entrepreneur (her sights shifting toward passive Income). Guided by her intuition, Kim met Mark and developed a powerful partnership to manifest passive income (finally!) involving 2 small businesses--Avenstar (an advertising and full service marketing agency) along with Avenstar Enterprises, an umbrella company which included bringing innovative and soulful products such as their very popular Fireflies product to fruition.
