When we became passionate about discovering ways to manifest passive income, we explored every conceivable way to achieve our dream. Once we had gathered our information and tools from the myriad of reliable resources we had tapped, we experimented with our pool of well-reasearched information.

Once it was all out on the table – the good stuff that really worked and the stuff that worked sometimes, and the stuff that wished it worked- we picked out the really, really good stuff, and starting writing about it. Much of that information is on this website.

Creative Business Ideas - Meeting Jack Zufelt

When we started presenting Seminars about these really great creative business ideas, tools, and techniques we attracted a very special person into our lives. This man’s name is Jack Zufelt.

Jack heard our radio ad for the Manifest Passive Income seminar, and he gave us a call. He wanted to know if we knew something that he did not about how to help people to live a more fulfilling life.

When Mark and I asked if he was interested in coming to our Seminar, he said he was "beyond" that. So, we were beginning to think, "Who is this guy"?

Jack brought up the fact that he had done both seminars and weekend retreats. He went on to say that he would draw audiences in the range of 500 attendees. He also pointed out that he was often hired to speak for businesses and corporate events, and that he typically got paid $15,000 per speaking engagement.

Now, we were really curious.

When we first spoke to Jack, we didn’t know a great deal about him. We were online when he called, so we “Googled” him as we talked on the phone, and saw that he was all over the internet, and that he wrote a best-selling book called The DNA of Success. Of course, we didn’t have time to read too much during our brief phone chat, but we were impressed and honored that he took the time to call us.

Creating Business Ideas - a New Beginning

We agreed to meet. After a mediocre meal at a restaurant near him, we formed a joint venture with Jack. As independent entrepreneurs, we did not take this venture lightly. As a matter of fact, this type of venture was new to us.

Once we had learned that Jack had won the Presidential Medal of Merit, and he had made $80,000 a month in passive income during one of his network marketing ventures (in addition to many other impressive details), we shook hands on our business merger.

Jack Zufelt is a man who has learned the meaning of happiness and the meaning of freedom. He knows what it is like to want something with every inch of his being. Jack calls this kind of authentic success “core desire”, and the kind of success mindset and passion that is tapped into when a person’s core desire is ignited is something Jack calls the "Conquering Force.”
