Does Holosync meditation really work for relieving stress? I sure could have used it 10 years ago when I was a corporate executive.

Well the truth is many people to to look at the world they live in a different way, and once they do, they need to start living differently. Mindful meditation techniques like Holosync can help.

With multiple businesses and numerous ecommerce websites all going full-throttle, I get asked (fairly often now) “How do you deal with the pressure –all that stress?”  Well stress is not a big part of my life now – not nearly what it was when I had only one job, one primary 50 or 60-hour a week responsibility. 

As a corporate manager for a Fortune 500 company, I was tasked with overseeing several departments, as well as running an entire building. But it was the political side of things that drove me crazy.  It’s so easy to buy into the competitive mind frame that corporations instill in their managers all to eek out a tad higher profitability – at least that is what they thought they were doing. It doesn’t work. My stress level was through the roof and I really had no way of dealing with it.

Thinking back now, I was a different person 10 years ago. I would typically wake early on a Monday morning and be filled with dread about the ensuing week in front of me.  I didn’t even realize how miserable I was until I was given my walking papers the good old pink slip.

Escape Stress

After 13 years of stoic service to a company I had learned to barley tolerate, I was now put in the unique position of not knowing what I would be doing the next morning – or the next, or the next!  Wow, instead of feeling hurt and dejected, I was feeling a sense of freedom that I had never had before. 

I also realized, right then while I was taking my office clutter filled cardboard box out to my car, that I would never ever work for another big corporation or even someone else again. So now, with a lot more going on in my life, I have a different kind of pressure- a more rewarding and enjoyable kind of pressure. And I do need to find ways to chill out and relax.  How do I do that? 

My number One, absolute favorite thing to do is escape into my Holosync meditations.  My wife will attest to this too – routinely she will find me secluded off to a dark comfortable corner of the house with my headphones wrapped around my head and a content smile on my face. 

Three years now, I’ve been listening to the Holosync tracts: Quietude, Awakening, Oasis, and of course the Dive…. All engineered to literally change the landscape of your brainwaves to levels that even the most adept at meditating rarely achieve.  What spinach was to Popeye, Holosync is to me. It regenerates my motors and calms my ruffled nerves so I can sail through my days with an even keel and a smile on my face.
