Mark and I used this online service to connect, get to know each other, and got married because of this wonderful online company. Yes, success onine is possible, in more ways than one! Anyway, on our first date we talked about our hopes and dreams (we didn’t waste time with small talk). We also talked about what was going on with us presently. At the time I was finishing up a Psychology degree in college, and working at a restaurant. And Mark was involved in manufacturing and distributing a unique outdoor lighting product (Zen Fireflies) and running a small ad agency. He already knew that success online is possible, and he knew how to achieve online success up to a certain point because he was doing fairly well with 2 websites of his own. Both our lives were actually pretty good, but neither one of us was completely satisfied. There was something undefinable that was missing. And even though we weren’t sure what we wanted specifically, we talked about possibilities, and allowed ourselves to get excited about “what-ifs.” Mark even proposed to me at the time, "Why don't you design your online success?" His question got me thinking about the freedom this would open up in my life. I liked the idea of learning how to achieve success online...I liked the idea ALOT! As we got to know each other more, and decided we wanted the same things we started building plans in our minds. One thing we knew for sure - utimately we wanted to have our work almost entirely online. Mark told me his experience about how to achieve online success, and we allowed our selves to grow from there. We started spending all our time together, and then we got married. Once we become a “couple” we made a pact to try to always remain positive. We had both had experiences in our past that led us to believe, without a doubt, the power of like energies attracting like energies. Some people know this phenomenon as the basic law of Quantum Physics and some call it The Law of Attraction. Whatever you call it, we knew these Universal Laws to be true. And when it comes to how to achieve online success, these Laws will haunt you until you realize it is so much easier to work with them then try to fight against them. Because both us had practiced this type of "belief in the power of thoughts", we took it a step further once we were together. We wrote affirmations, recorded them, and listened to them when we worked out. We would repeat positive, motivating statements like, "Success online is possible." "Success online is possible." "Success online is possible." "Success online is possible." "Success online is possible." "Success online is possible." or "I know how to achieve online success ." "I know how to achieve online success." "I know how to achieve online success." "I know how to achieve online success." "I know how to achieve online success." Repetition is important because through repetition habits are formed. And good habits are necessary for any kind of success - online or offline In addition to the affirmations, we would use our "what ifs" to take us to that successful place, and experience the blissful feeling of being there:
We would constantly find ways to complement each other, and ask each other what we could do to make the other happy. We also consciously made an effort to recognize what would produce negative thoughts, and then replaced those thoughts with actions and thoughts that we knew made us happy. We instinctively knew how to achieve online success, and we were determined (through our mutual support) to manifest it. Now, we understand that you may be thinking, "What does this have to do with online success?" Well, the truth is, without the presence of pure positive energy (having an optimistic outlook), any attempts to design your online success will fail. So, please know, this aspect of keeping an positive frame of mind is an essential ingredient to design your online success. Throughout our positive mind frame exercises we talked about how we wanted to make a living – as a team. We knew that we did not want separate careers, but wanted work with meaning, that fulfilled us, and that would ultimately help others. We must point at this juncture that it is important and necessary to use all this positive energy you are generating, and the positive circumstances and people you will be attracting. What we mean by that is - Take Action. As Albert Einstein says, "Nothing happens until something moves."
Success Online is Possible The first website we created was Our Inner Source. We worked day in and day out to write a series of quality, well-thought-out, inspirational articles. We researched interesting people and recorded and wrote interviews with them, produced thought-provoking videos, and integrated an inspirational gift shop. We woke up inspired to work, and did our best to turn problems into opportunities for growth. We succeeded some days, and stumbled other days. But even when we had a bad day, we put one foot in front of the other. We made a beautiful site, and received a lot of great feedback, and built a lot of great relationships through the experience. We also learned that by creating a dedicated gift store it would make it less confusing for visitors. So, our next site, A Zen Gift, became that gift store. Using the same care that we used with Our Inner Source, and implementing the lessons we learned, A Zen Gift became our new creation. We were like proud parents (for the second time). We took a Zen Gift from a no page rank to a PR4 in about 4 months. Through an arrangement with drop ship companies we have successfully managed a way to manifest passive income. Our sales are growing everyday, and by the end of the year we expect to have an estimated $5000.00 a month from this one ecommerce site alone. An important point I would like to make is that passive income is just one gift that we have manifested from our hard work, persistence, and optimistic attitude. The other incredible gift is the manifestation of a lifestyle in which we can grow as a couple and have more free time together, and develop deeper bonds with our friends and family. It is our sincere hope to be able to pass on the practical tools, and online web building techniques so that you may design your online success.
